She has tried in excess of 100 jury trials, litigated countless motions, and negotiated favorable pleas for her clients. Dana started practicing law and defending the rights of the accused since 1991. Helping people was not a conscious choice she made –rather it was simply a way of life. Dana’s drive toward public service naturally manifested itself into a career in criminal defense after graduating from Colorado College in 1986.
During law school at the University of Denver, Dana discovered a gift for courtroom advocacy. Having served in the Public Defender’s offices in both Riverside County, California and later Arapahoe County, Colorado, Dana developed a strong expertise in defending all varieties of criminal cases.
